  • 1.What if I'm not very physically fit?
    Not to worry. This is not a workout until you drop sort of camp like many. You won't be pushed past your personal limits or risk safety. However, you will be challenged, the workout is different every time & you will never leave not feeling like you had a fantastic workout no matter your fitness level!

  • 2. Do I have to sign up for specific days?
    While it is preferred that you let me know what days to expect you , I know schedules can change so if you need to just let me know!

  • 3.What if I sign up for 2 days & want to add more?
    This does happen because once you start you see how much better you feel & adding more days can help you reach your goals faster. If you do add more your remainder sessions will be prorated at the lower rate.

  • 4. What do I need to bring?
    You will need to bring one set of 3, 5, or 8 lb. hand weights,(depending on your current level) medium size exercise ball, exercise band and any type of exercise mat such as a yoga mat. Additional equipment is provided by me. If you are uncertain about any of these please feel free to ask me. Water is also VERY important.

  • 5. What about the cold?
    Trust me, you warm up fast! If too cold we move it inside.

  • 6.Why do you offer 2 days while others minimum is 3?
    While more classes are better I do know that some moms have younger kids in school only on specific days & may not be able to do all 3. The reason I don't offer 5 days is because the way my classes are structured you need to rest body parts in between workouts for maximum benefits.

  • What if it rains?
    If it is a very light mist we will still have it (sorry about your hair:) but otherwise we'll move it inside.

  • Can I bring kids?
    Next to us are extra soccer fields, a playground within reach & for older kids a pool.
